intermarket ratios have been good indicator for what to expect from markets. Below is the graph of copper vs gold ratio which is trending higher lately and that is giving good support for equity markets. The ratio still has room to go up at least to close the breakdown levels from August last year but the road seems to be bumpy as moving averages are mixed.
