Treasury Yields are RISING. This is the main theme of 2010. Even John Paulson bets big on that. I like this theme as well but as one trader following japan bond markets said “Rising yields trade takes the CROWN of the best losing trade for decades” so be careful and prepare to change your stance as price action changes. Another hurdle of this trade is central banks heavy involvement. Will FED be happy to see yields skyrocket?
Long TBT is my favorite but MM rules should be very strict.
